Urgent appeal issued to find woman, 71, reported missing on Easter Sunday

Police have issued an urgent appeal for help finding a woman in her 70s who has been reported missing over the Easter bank holiday weekend.

Janet Bolton, from Tameside, was last seen at around 9.20am this morning (April 17). Greater Manchester Police says the 71-year-old was seen close to her home address, in Droylsden.

At the time, she was wearing a blue jumper and a long skirt with purple and blue flowers. Janet is described as while, of slim build, with short grey hair and glasses.

Officers in Tameside issued an urgent appeal to find her on social media this afternoon.
