Tommy Fury said he was 'proud' as he announced his next move after giving a post-surgery update on an injury that plagued him for years.
The boxer shocked his fans and followers as he shared a snap from a hospital bed in January. Tommy, 24, had been seen the day before celebrating his daughter Bambi's first birthday alongside Molly-Mae, also 24, before he underwent a procedure on his hand, saying he had been dealing with the hand injury that he hadn't spoken about for four years and that he would be taking time away from his boxing career to "heal".
Molly-Mae then later shared that Tommy's injury previously caused "so many problems" for them both. She also said him not being able to use his right hand after the surgery had really impacted "everyday life". He said: "Had a great appointment today with the doctor, he said it's healing ver well and it's exactly where it needs to be!" Tommy continued: "I can now return to light weight training using both hands.
