One casualty was taken to hospital after a car crashed into a house last night. The grey saloon mounted the pavement, crashed through a wall and ploughed into the front door of a house in Eccles.

Three people were hurt and one was taken to hospital. The drama happened on Liverpool Road at about 11.10pm on Friday.
