French league broadcasters Canal+ have torn up their contract with the country's league association in the wake of the football season ending.
The French prime minister Edouard Philippe announced on Tuesday that the 2019-20 season should be declared over because of coronavirus, ending a possible plan by the Ligue de Football Professional (LFP) to finish the season behind closed doors.
On Thursday the LFP agreed to crown Paris Saint-Germain champions, while relegating Amiens and Toulouse.
