K.J. Yossman “The Great British Bake-Off” nabbed a sizeable slice of the audience share on Tuesday evening with its final episode of the season.At its peak, 6.9 million viewers tuned in to see the final, amounting to a 37% audience share, according to Overnights.TV.

The average was 5.6 million viewers, which represented a 30.4% of the audience share.During the twelfth season finale, star bakers Chigs, Crystelle and Giuseppe battled it out for the top title with a brief of making food for a Mad Hatter’s tea party, with [SPOILER ALERT] the Bristol-based Italian taking home the baking crown.The final was particularly tense after Jürgen, one of the favorites to win the show, was knocked out in the semi-finals.
