Supermarket giant Tesco has issued an apology after upsetting shoppers with a bizarre supermarket display. The retailer was hit with complaints after shoppers spotted it outside a supermarket.

Shoppers visiting a Leicestershire branch were dumbstruck to find the supermarket charging full price for plants that were completely dead.
