A 15-year-old boy accused of stabbing a boy to death 'didn't want to look scared' by backing down from a fight, a court heard today (October 27).

The defendant, Boy A, is one of two teenagers who is alleged to have murdered Reece Tansey in Walker Avenue, Bolton, in the early hours of May 4.

Both have pleaded not guilty. Today (October 27), Boy A gave evidence at Manchester Crown Court - and denied trying to hurt him, or wanting to fight him at all.
