Liz Hurley’s ex lover Steve Bing, who is the father of her son Damian, has died aged 55 after reportedly taking his own life.

Steve, who was best known for writing film Kangaroo Jack, is understood to have died on Monday 22 June. US reports claim Steve fell from his luxury apartment, on the 27th floor, in Century City neighbourhood in Los Angeles and was later pronounced dead at 1.10pm.

A source has told TMZ how Steve became “depressed” over the lack of human contact during quarantine, but the publication insisted they did not know if that caused him to reportedly take his own life.
