Feeling sleepy? Finding it hard to sleep because your partner loves a good snore? Well, we could just have the answer...Turns out there's a little something hiding in your kitchen cupboard that could well help you or your partner from snoring.
Sleep practitioner James Wilson spoke to The Sun about the key remedy snorers can try. "You can take a spoonful of olive oil because it's anti-inflammatory and that reduces the snoring," James began.

He added: "From experience, it’s not nice or tasty. It doesn’t stop it all together, or for everyone. “But for a lot of people it gives your partner enough time to get to sleep before you start snoring.” Obviously he's not suggesting downing spoonfuls of olive oil each night, but James explained that you could try it when the airways are particularly inflamed.
