A Scots DJ's joke about hosting a New Year rave at Downing Street has gone viral - with tens of thousands of pounds raised for the homeless as a result.
Scots DJ and filmmaker Jon Mancini created the fake Facebook event Xmas Eve Rave at 10 Downing Street as a reaction to stories of parties there during lockdown.
And now he is using the audience he created to raise money for Shelter– which is now sitting at more than £82,000 ahead of tonight’s big name DJ stream from a virtual Downing Street.
