Our annual death rate is now 3.5 times that of the UK as a whole.Deaths are up six years in a row, keeping momentum despite a massive 27 per cent jump in 2018.Deaths from etizolam - "street Valium" - rocketed by 37 per cent, cocaine deaths are UP by 34 per cent, heroin deaths are up by 20 per cent, all confirming Scotland's.
