Prosecutors in Wisconsin filed a motion Wednesday asking a judge to forbid Kyle Rittenhouse from drinking alcohol or entering bars, flashing "White supremacist signs" and spending time with Proud Boys members while on release on a $2 million bond for allegedly killing two people and wounding a third in Kenosha during violent anti-police protests last summer. A Pennsylvania man is accused of brutally killing his wife and police said he gave a detailed account of the assault that involved a fireplace poker and knife, a report said. Police in Plymouth told Fox 56 that Daniel Barrett, 40, was "emotional and excited" when he arrived at the precinct Tuesday to say that he had killed his wife.

A Tennessee woman faces charges after she allegedly stole and then crashed a police cruiser that she was allowed to sit inside while her house was on fire Tuesday afternoon, reports said. The woman was placed inside the cruiser after police said they found her distraught and shivering outside of her home in Kingston Springs, which is outside of Nashville, affiliate FOX 17 reported.  She was identified as a 64-year-old woman.

The Haves and Have Nots is coming to an end. OWN Network announced that the Tyler Perry drama will conclude with its currently airing eighth season. A man from Utah allegedly broke Hawaii’s mandated travel quarantine several times and has been arrested twice for those violations.  The man, identified by officials as 50-year-old David Barnes, from Bountiful, Utah, reportedly arrived at Līhu‘e Airport on the island of Kaua‘i on Dec.

Arizona's Phoenix Police Department has arrested a man in connection with the Christmas Day killing of 18-year-old Tyler Cardiel.  Law enforcement officials pointed Fox News to a media release that explained they had identified 30-year-old Timothy Bell using DNA evidence found at the scene of the crime. On Friday, detectives determined there was sufficient probably cause to arrest Bell on a murder charge, and he was booked into the Maricopa County jail.

A Florida man was seriously injured after he apparently set himself on fire while allegedly trying to torch a home in the Tampa area on Sunday morning, according to a report.  The suspect, Scott Anthony Massa, 51, allegedly broke a window and dumped a bucket of accelerant into the residence, which ignited and set him ablaze, Fox 13 of Tampa Bay reported.  Massa allegedly fled the scene and was detained after an officer spotted him at Tampa's St. Joseph’s Hospital, the report said.

A Florida deputy died Monday after a suspect intentionally crashed into his cruiser in the Brandon area, according to authorities.  Master Corporal Brian LaVigne, 54, who spend more than 30 years in service, was just one day away from retirement, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a press conference Monday evening.  "You can imagine the heartache that the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is experiencing right now," Chronister said.

San Diego police declared an unlawful assembly as Trump supporters and counter-protesters faced off Saturday, according to reports. The protest also prompted police to warn residents to stay away from the Pacific Beach intersection "due to acts of violence." Local affiliate FOX 5 San Diego tweeted a number of pictures and videos of the event, showing the two groups, and police trying to keep the situation from escalating.

A Florida man fatally shot his friend during a dispute, telling police the friend threatened him with a pitchfork, officials said Saturday. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said the incident took place outside a home in Ormond Beach around 8:30 p.m.

A woman who was held hostage during a shooting spree Saturday that stretched from Chicago to Evanston, Ill., reportedly died early Sunday, potentially bringing the death toll from the rampage to five – including the suspect – according to reports. At least two other people, and possibly a third, were critically wounded, reports said.The shooting of a 15-year-old girl was still being investigated, according to police.
