Ricky Gervais
Ricky Dene Gervais (born 25 June 1961) is an English stand-up comedian, actor, writer, film producer, director and musician. He is perhaps best known for creating, writing and acting in the British television series The Office (2001–2003). He has won seven BAFTA Awards, five British Comedy Awards, two Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards and the Rose d'Or twice (2006 and 2019), as well as a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. In 2007, he was placed at No. 11 on Channel 4's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups and at No. 3 on the updated 2010 list. In 2010, he was named on the Time 100 list of the world's most influential people.

Ricky Gervais’ fans horror as gig is interrupted by THREE fist fights in the audience

RICKY Gervais is well used to rounds of applause, but at his latest gig there were rounds of boxing too – among the audience.

Fans have told of fights breaking out in the crowd during the set, and part-way through one Ricky stopped the show and asked security staff to sort it out.

An audience member told me: “Ricky’s gig was interrupted three times by people scrapping. “No one had ever seen anything like it. “During the first fight Ricky actually stopped and got security to intervene. "He managed to turn it into a joke and the crowd were absolutely loving it. “But when two more fights broke out it felt like pandemonium. “Something was clearly in the water.” The gig, part of Ricky’s Supernature tour, was at the SSE Arena in Wembley, North.
