TransferRoom – labelled the speed dating of football – sees decision-makers from the world's biggest clubs meet in person for multiple 15-minute meetings to discuss incomings and outgoings.
And Rangers' plans appear unmoved despite mounting speculation over their manager's future. A clutch of Scottish Premiership clubs are heading to the German capital to talk moves with interested parties.
Aberdeen, Dundee United, Motherwell and Hibs are also scheduled to be in attendance.Wilson – who has acted as a keynote speaker at previous events – will be keenly aware of the need for a rousing January window whoever is in the dugout.
