Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

The inspiring words were signed off, "Her Majesty The Queen," before the post continued, "Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy New Year."The Instagram post included four photos of key moments from the queen's year, which has seen the monarch make major adjustments to her duties.
