A former pub landlord has allegedly erected a huge fence around the beer garden after he was asked to leave by the brewery.
Tony O’Neill had leased a bar called The Plough, for 10 years, however, in November 2021 Fuller's brewery wanted the pub back in their hands.
At the time the brewery said the pub takeover was far from “quick and smooth”. It was previously reported that Mr O’Neill had “stripped” the kitchen in The Plough, as well as taking all furniture and fittings as he packed things up.
O'Neill also took his team with him to take on a new pub and Fuller’s has been renovating The Plough, in Richmond, London ever since. However, it has since emerged that while the former landlord has vacated The Plough building itself, he has now erected a fence around the beer garden.
