Pregnant Lauren Goodger 'planning water birth as she does lots of research' ahead of welcoming first child

Like any excited mum-to-be, Lauren Goodger has been swotting up on everything she needs to know about pregnancy, labour and babies.

And as she prepares to give birth to her first child in July, a source close to the former TOWIE star has told new magazine that Lauren, 34, has made her birth plan. “After looking into it, she’s decided she’s really keen on having a water birth.

She loves the idea of it,” our source explained. “She thinks it looks so calming and from what she’s seen on videos, the women look really relaxed.
