Police warning after suspicious man 'seen masturbating' on Bolton footpath

Police have warned the public about a man 'seen masturbating' in a residential area of Bolton. Officers say the man was spotted on a footpath in off Temple Road, in Smithills last Thursday, December 27.

In a statement published on GMP's Bolton North Facebook page, an officer gave a description of the man. "Reports state a mixed race male, in his 20’s, large build, wearing dark coloured pants and a grey jumper was seen masturbating. "On officers attending there was no trace of anybody matching the description. "Officers will be giving passing attention to the area." Anyone with information for the police can contact GMP via 101.
