Police give update on stabbing victim who was knifed 'multiple times'

Police say three men approached a 31-year-old man before one of them stabbed him multiple times. He was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Photos taken last night showed a large police presence around the store.A police cordon was erected on Cannot Street and an area near the St Paul with Emmanuel Church centre.An eye witness described seeing an ambulance led by a police escort leaving the scene.
