Police force referred to watchdog after horse rider 'killed by man she knew in murder-suicide'

The 23-year-old model was found injured in a field near Staveley Road, Duckmanton, at around 8.40am on Friday, the force said.

Paramedics were unable to save her and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Around three hours after Gracie was found, officers discovered the body of Michael Sellars, 35, in a field off Tom Lane.
