Officers in Bolton were responding to a road traffic collision involving a driver under the influence of drugs when they spotted another vehicle travelling at high speeds.
The second vehicle was stopped by police and the driver was also found to be under the influence of drugs. Officers posted brief details of the incident on the GMP Bolton North Facebook page on Monday morning (June 7).
