thesun.co.ukPALOMA Faith has admitted she felt 'broken' by motherhood as she opens up about her postnatal depression battle. The Voice Kids star welcomed her first child - a daughter - in 2016 four weeks early.
Paloma, 38, had thought she would take to motherhood like a "duck to water" but the reality turned out to be very different.
Speaking to The Mirror, she said: "I felt very geared up for parenthood and in my mind I was going to have lots of children. "I had a really good role model because my mum was pretty amazing. "And then I had my baby and lots of things went wrong and I was sadder than I’ve ever been before and I felt broken, largely by the disappointment that I wasn’t the mother that I thought I’d be." Paloma also admitted she felt.
