After Covid-19 put a stop to much of last year's fireworks fun in Ayrshire, this year's highly-anticipated events are shaping up to be among the best Guy Fawkes' nights yet.However, new laws set out by the Scottish Government earlier this year make it illegal for the general public to set fireworks off before 6pm and after 11pm.However, the new timeline does extend to midnight on November 5, New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year and Diwali.Guidance on the new regulations controlling the use of F2 and F3 category fireworks in Scotland came into force on June 30.
