NatWest has launched a new service which aims to help customers who need additional support. ‘Banking My Way’ is a free service that allows customers to record information about the support or adjustments they need to make banking easier and more accessible.

Those interested will be able to make specific requests as to how they want to be served. This may include requesting a quiet space when they visit a branch, being spoken to more clearly and slowly, or requesting a translator.

The bank will be able to tailor the service depending on the customer's individual needs, this includes a disability, health condition, illness, bereavement, or change in circumstances.
