Morrisons offering more 'magic bags' of food at Christmas that shoppers go crazy for

Morrisons is expanding its popular Too Good to Go ‘Magic Bags’ of unsold food in a bid to help combat food waste over the festive period.

The supermarket announced that it will make 50 per cent more of the food bags between December 20 and December 24 that will be filled with discounted food items that shoppers can get for just £3.05.

The new move will make up part of the supermarket's ambitious pledge to reduce 50% off its food waste by 2030, as well as helping customers who are sticking to a budget this year.

Each Magic Bag can be purchased through the To Good To Go app and contains a tenner's worth of unsold food items that have reached their Best Before date.Customers won't know what is in their bags until they are picked up at their
