Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

More than 80,000 Aldi shoppers queued for £149 item this morning

On Easter Sunday, more than 87,000 people were queueing online to get their hands on one of the desirable chairs - but many were left gutted when they were unable to bag one.

And many tried again today, with more than 80,000 queuing to get onto the website at around 8.15am in an attempt to buy one of the chairs.

However, Aldi posted a message at 8.10am saying the Aldi egg chair had already sold out. Shoppers rushed to social media to share their grievances - and now many are looking for alternatives in other retailers as the warm summer months approach.
