Michelle Heaton's daughter says 'proud of you mummy' over DOI stint amid sobriety
ok.co.ukSinger Michelle Heaton was revealed as the next contestant to be joining the cast of Dancing on Ice this morning, 10 October, live on Lorraine but shared the adorable comments her daughter, 10, made when she heard the news.
Speaking to the TV host Michelle revealed how excited her children were when they found out she'd be taking part as she said: "My kids are so buzzing." The singer endured a three year battle with drink but told Lorraine: "I feel so lucky and a massive thank you for your support.The colour has come back and everything is clear.
I'm just really focussed on the time ahead." She added: "Faith came up to me when I found out and said, 'I'm so proud of you, mummy'.
And it's just so beautiful that she's proud of mummy for what I was and what I am now. It just shows strength." The singer concluded: "I really hope anybody watching can know, if I can do something like this, then you can.
