Mariah Carey (born March 27, 1969 or 1970) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. Referred to as the "Songbird Supreme" by Guinness World Records, she is noted for her five-octave vocal range, melismatic singing style, and signature use of the whistle register.

Pop superstar Mariah Carey is among the celebs speaking out in the wake of George Floyd‘s death.

In a new Instagram video, the singer demanded justice for George and all other victims of racism, as she performed an acapella version of her 1990 hit “There’s Got To Be A Way”. “I wrote this song for my first album.
