The University of Manchester has warned students they could be subject to a curfew following a 'significant' number of coronavirus breaches.
It comes after a number of students were caught breaking the rules in the last 24 hours, which led to police being called.Bosses say 'active consideration' is now being given to the introduction of a curfew across halls, or other restrictive measures.
In an email sent to students, seen by The Mancunian and verified by the M.E.N, leaders said breaches of the restrictions could lead to a removal from halls or academic courses.
