As the start of 2024 has already shown, this year will be a difficult one for hospitality as it continues to grapple with the impact of the cost-of-living crisis and rising gas and electric prices.

However, while we’ve sadly said goodbye to a number of high profile restaurants over the last two weeks, we’re also gearing up for an exciting 12 months of activity.

A strong roster of new restaurants and bars are set to open their doors in Greater Manchester in the coming months, and it appears the buzz surrounding our ‘exciting’ food scene is being felt far beyond the city limits.
