Manchester City could get an extra transfer boost to the tune of almost £5million as Newcastle are linked with former winger Jack Harrison.
The Leeds forward never played for City, but earned them £11m last summer as Leeds made his two-year loan permanent after Harrison played a crucial role in their promotion and impressive first season back in the Premier League.
Now, Harrison is being strongly linked with a transfer to Newcastle, and City would benefit from any move after installing a 20 per cent sell-on clause in the deal that took him to Leeds. Last summer, they gained an £11m bonus from a sell-on clause for Jadon Sancho, and this year it could be Harrison earning them more money if he joins Newcastle.
