The incident happened at around 4pm on Sunday (October 3) on Frodsham Road. Police said a boy, aged 16, was walking along the road when he was approached by a man riding a moped.

The victim was left uninjured, police said. Officers launched an investigation and arrested a man, aged 21, at a house in Sale.
