Scots cops uncover cannabis cultivation in driver's home after roadside drug test

Scots cops uncovered a cannabis cultivation after a roadside drug test led them to the house. The discovery came after road policing unit officers were out in force in Orkney over the weekend.

Two drivers were arrested for providing positive roadside drugs wipe tests - leading local officers to a house under the misuse of drugs act.The police then found a cannabis cultivation in one of the driver's homes.Meanwhile, drivers were issued with 19 fixed penalties including 9 for speeding offences.There were 5 drivers reported to the procurator fiscal, including 2 for speeding and 1 for using a mobile phone whilst driving.Three vehicles had prohibition notices issued as they were in a dangerous condition.A further 15 drivers were issued
