If you see me out and about with a small crossbody, you'll likely also spot a canvas tote bag bursting with 'stuff' slung over my shoulder - not exactly ideal.
I thought it was high time I invested in a design that could accommodate all my daily essentials (and then some). Between styling appointments, hectic work meetings and lugging around a heavy laptop for hot desking, I need a bag that's going to put in as much effort as I do.
With autumn's new arrivals hitting the high street, I figured now was the perfect time to start my hunt. Naturally, M&S was my first port of call - the high street has undoubtedly knocked it out of the park this year with its designer-esque accessories at affordable price points.
