Love Island’s Lillie Haynes ‘can’t open her mouth’ after nose job surgery

While she was one of the blonde bombshells who walked in the Majorcan villa last year, since then she's confessed that her nose has been her "biggest insecurity" and has, as a result, set out to change this.
Following her nose job last week, Lillie has now taken to her Instagram stories to share that she feels "horrendously sick" and "can't open mouth" after the procedure.
