Love Island contestant Anna Vakili has told fans that she had a secret abortion at the age of 21, a decision which she said she made after not receiving sex education at school.The now 31 year old spoke candidly about her abortion on the podcast she hosts with sister Mandi, Sisters in the City, and explained how she made the mistake of not using contraception whilst having sex at a young age. "I feel really scared to open up about this, but I think it’s important to do it because I learnt from my own mistake,’ Anna said. "And if other people can learn from my mistake then it’s the best thing to come from this." You can sign up at the top of the page. Anna continued: "When I was younger – about 21, I was having unprotected sex - I don’t know what I was thinking.
I wasn’t thinking, and I ended up pregnant." The reality star said she didn’t feel ready to have a child at the time and so had an abortion. “I was really young and I wasn’t ready, and I had an abortion.
At that age you don’t think what can happen and I have deep regrets that I did end up pregnant," Anna continued. "I didn't wish to be pregnant and have to get an abortion – I don’t like that.
