Toby then explained: "You know why she said that, because I told the newspapers that if someone's gonna get married and someone's gonna propose then Chloe's getting down on one knee." Unimpressed by the idea of popping the question herself, Chloe said: "I'll never f***ing do that though, so you'll have to do it."
