Variety reports that the 48-year-old actress's former U. K. agency Troika has filed a lawsuit over unpaid commission fees relating to a number of projects including the upcoming blockbuster film - despite her scenes being cut from the final edit.
The publication states that Troika, which rebranded as YMU in 2020, is seeking $500,000 from Lena's Thor: Love and Thunder salary, which is the equivalent to 7% of her fee.
According to court documents, Lena signed up with Troika back in 2005 after following her longtime agent Michael Duff to the talent firm following his departure from previous agency Lou Carl Associates.
In 2017, Troika merged with the James Grant Group. The following year it was acquired by a private equity firm before being rebranded as YMU.
