Lanarkshire council warns over reports of bogus callers operating in towns

North Lanarkshire Council is warning people about bogus workmen operating in the area.There have been reports in Wishaw that workmen are posing as contractors on council roofing programmes, during and after normal working hours.The council has told people to be on their guard and always ask for ID as contractors will always carry some.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
