Five revellers have been fined for breaching COVID rules at a lockdown-busting Rangers "title party" that included two Lanarkshire police officers.Acting Sergeant Lara McAulay and her then PC fiancé, Gordon Dunn, were caught having a drinking session with friends and family.

Top brass launched an internal investigation into the January 2021 party, which took place at McAulay's sister's home during strict lockdown after a decisive result in the SPFL title race.

McAulay, 32, and Dunn, 33, had headed to her sister Kirsten Hilton's home in Rutherglen for a celebration. Rangers fan Dunn was overjoyed that rivals Celtic had lost 2-1 to St Mirren at Celtic Park on January 30, 2021.
