James Martin has proved to many people that they can lose weight without going on a strict diet. The Saturday Morning presenter opened up about his "secret" to dropping the pounds and it's very "simple".

And what James found even better was that he didn't have to change what he was eating. Fans of the This Morning star will be aware of his passion for all things food and drink - he is a chef after all.

But after his weight began to creep up and he started to receive hate online with people calling him "fat", the broadcaster decided to do something to drop a few pounds.
