East Kilbride sex offender is “going under the radar” to get internet access. Restrictions were placed on Christopher Kennedy’s online activities following his conviction for indecent communication with a person he thought was a girl aged 14.Now he’s been banned from possessing any device capable of internet access.Kennedy, of Mount Cameron Drive, was trapped by a member of a vigilante group posing as a schoolgirl.He had inappropriate online chats and asked the decoy to send him pornographic photos.Kennedy was given a two-year supervision order at Hamilton Sheriff Court in June 2019 as an alternative to custody.Last year the order was tightened because of concerns regarding his internet use.Sign up for the new Lanarkshire newsletter!From.
