'Increasing concern' for vulnerable Scots man now missing for two weeks

Police have issued a new desperate plea for information over a vulnerable Glasgow man who disappeared two weeks ago.Officers are re-appealing to the public to help trace Kelvin Conway, who is missing from his home in Possilpark.The 32-year-old was last seen by his family on Saturday, August 13 in the Castlemilk area.He is described as white, 5ft 3ins in height and of medium build with short, black hair and wearing glasses.

He was wearing a black body warmer, black t-shirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap and red trainers, at the time he went missing.

He may be carrying a large dark rucksack.Enquiries have confirmed Kelvin was on Balmore Road, Glasgow, around noon on Monday, 15 August, however his movements after that are unknown.

Kelvin may have travelled to England and he has links to the Blackpool area.Superintendent Ross Allan said: “As time passes our concern for Kelvin’s welfare grows.
