Howard Stern came under fire over the weekend when his 1993 blackface sketch was shared over social media amid racial injustice protests.
The sketch – where the sometimes controversial broadcast appeared in blackface and used the N-word multiple times – was posted by Donald Trump‘s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. After it was shared, Howard addressed the sketch on his SiriusXM show, revealing he does regret about it. “The s*** I did was f***ing crazy,” he shared. “I’ll be the first to admit.
I won’t go back and watch those old shows; it’s like, who is that guy.” Howard continued, “But that was my shtick, that’s what I did and I own it.
