Derek McInnes has delivered exactly what he promised when he became Aberdeen manager seven years ago. The Dons boss celebrated his Pittodrie anniversary this week in unusual circumstances with the country and Scottish football in its current COVID-19 lockdown.
Clark Robertson recalled how McInnes first told his newly-inherited squad, back in 2013, that he wanted to turn Aberdeen into a major force again.
