Holby City reopens BBC set as filming begins on special coronavirus episode

HOLBY City has reopened its set and started filming for its special coronavirus episode today. It comes after the BBC shutdown six shows including the popular BBC soap to help stop the spread of the deadly bug.

Fans of the popular medical drama will be pleased to know that filming started up again for a special episode that will focus on the current coronavirus pandemic.

Kate Oates, Head of Continuing Drama at BBC Studios said: “It’s with great pleasure that we open the doors at Elstree to welcome back the exceptional cast and crew of Holby City.
