Hamilton Grammar is appealing for donations of materials to make protective visors for frontline workers fighting the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.The secondary school has joined the national effort to help provide personal protective equipment to key workers in places like pharmacies and care homes.They are aiming to produce at least 600 visors but are in desperate need of more materials to be donated by the community.Local residents and businesses are asked to donate the following:● Plastic/acrylic sheets minimum 3mm● 0.5 polypropylene sheet●Roll of PVC/acetate● PVC binder covers in A3/A4 ●Clear acetate sheets ● Laminating sheets (minimum 100microns but 200/250micron work best) Staff at Hamilton Grammar have devised a rota to work
