Holly previously opened up about being sexually assaulted twice at the age of 18, leading to a devastating battle with PTSD that saw her spend three months in a mental health hospital.

The podcast host bravely spoke out about her decision to go tee-total from alcohol, revealing that alcohol and and antidepressants 'do not mix well at all'.

Holly said her decision to become sober was not 'easy' but she wanted to 'take control' of what she could. She captioned her emotional post with a message to others.
