Black Lives Matter protest at the weekend.Esosa Max-Who brought the house down at Glasgow Green with her emotive rendition of Sam Cooke's civil rights anthem 'A Change is Gonna Come'.Esosa chose to sing the powerful tune due to its symbolism in the civil rights movement, and the worldwide fight against racism.The timeless lyrics were inspired by Martin Luther King's iconic I Have A Dream speech, which was delivered at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington in 1963.The song was released in 1964, at a time when people of colour were still being denied basic human rights, and a vote, in the US, and has continued to make an impact throughout the decades.A special performance of the inspirational tune was delivered by Bettye LaVette and Jon Bon Jovi.
