Five boys have been charged with assault after a man was attacked in Oldham. Video footage circulated on social media in June appeared to show the man, aged 20, being attacked by a group of people.

Police say the footage relates to an incident on June 21 in an alleyway off Featherstall Road North. Officers have also spoken about several other incidents of disorder which occurred in Oldham in July this year.

They say these incidents were sparked by the video.
